i am replit pro user but Not getting any support service

Hello support team , 
I paid from Replit regarding a charge of ₹5,436.61 date 20/05/2026 (Invoice AF1PHKTW-0008)
However, all my previous bills are already cleared. The paid (Invoice AF1PHKTW-0008 Date 06/may/2026) has already been paid by me, though it has settled in my account but again Money has been deducted from my account again for this very invoice. Please check this immediately issue and refund my deducted amount

a matter regarding which I have already sent you an email. Please resolve this issue.
and already expired my 7 days of subscription but not getting any reply from replit.
I am a Replit Pro user (I already hold a $100 subscription). Please extend whatever benefits you can offer me so that I may continue using Replit in the future, rather than having unnecessary amounts deducted from my account.
Note: I have attached screenshots for your reference. Today (22/05/2026), I received a notification regarding this charge, despite the fact that all my previous invoices have been cleared.
please check my account if any double amount deducted please refund it and restore my service/access.

Hello Team, ( once again access stopped )“Services Suspended” showing same notification and interrupted again after 3–4 hours. (after temporary unblock ) I still need to build 2–3 more projects; should I look for an alternative , or can you provide a permanent solution for this issue? Ticket #399111

I UPGRADED MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ON REPLIT, BUT STILL SHOWING OLD PLAN IN MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE UPGRADE MY PLAN IN MY ACCOUNT SECTION. AND ALSO I ADDED PAYMENT METHOD BUT STILL SHOWING "UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD.
