Do I have to reach out to my dad
My parents are divorced, and my dad no longer contacts me. I’ve tried reaching out to him before, but he doesn’t respond. I recently found out that he got remarried, and I honestly didn’t want to contact him anymore.
However, some people tell me that he is still my father and that I should reach out to him, even if it’s just to send a simple message.
What do you think? Am I obligated to contact him, or is it okay to stop trying when he doesn’t make an effort either?
