It's urgent need help

I have fear like I took 2 years gap and the college I want won't give preference to gap students but I have another college in my mind but it's not autonomous so I was thinking is it possible to apply both courses and if I didn't get selected in 2 lists I'll just go to the non autonomous college

I have apaar registration number but unable to make apaar id on digilocker how to do ittt??? Pls help
