Finally! After almost 3 years of fighting… Active duty Army infantry and I had to fight that hard for tinnitus is crazy… 4 hearing C&P appointments later.😵💫
What kind of backpay am I looking at here?
I have been denied numerous times since May 2024 for tinnitus as an active duty infantryman. Missed work 3 times for their bs C&P exams for the exact same thing to happen with a denial after telling them I had migraines and ears ring non stop being around explosions and gun fire and planes/helicopters very frequently… I have wrote them personal statements and gone to multiple C&P exams for them and missed out on hundreds of dollars from work now….
