Everyone has their own headcanon and when jeb was asked about his he said that it isnt canon so doesent that mean what helen angel said is just her headcanon and doesent mean anything?

Im aware of what Helen Angel said and the mojang employees design booklet but there must be more right?
Are community challenges considered canon because on one hand stuff like the tiny takeover challenge gives you rewards from the market place which would mean it isnt canon but on the other hand the actual competition takes place in the game so is it canon? 🤔
