Amazon now has the worst of all service, these guys don’t have an option to connect to there rider nor they have the proof of delivery to verify if an item is wrong.
These MFs don’t understand the quick commerce market.
This have happened multiple times now that these people send the wrong item, then they are not even ready to initiate the refund.
Zepto’s Customer support is far far better than Amazonnow.
