I have a Samsung S21FE with Rogers and I live in a place with extremely poor but existent cellular signal. My WiFi is extremely fast.

My issue is that when I look in the settings, in "Mobile Networks", I see no option for WiFi calliing whatsoever.

Is it already on and it will call by wifi on its own should someone call me? My cellular connection is so bad that the "No network connection" popup appears every few minutes sometimes and it's extremely annoying.
