Does anyone know when people find out about promotions? I’m an A2 in tax hoping to get promoted to SA this year. I have strong snapshots where 2 directors and a partner (only people I’ve sent snapshots to since October) have said ready for promotion in all snapshots since the fall and are 50/50 on above and beyond and impressive.

Also, when you find out if you get promoted, do you also find out tiering?
