Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at HERE, right across from UNR campus, for the upcoming lease term. It is a 2x 2 unit, fully furnished, private bed and bath, right across from the UNR campus. Lease starts Aug 1st 2025 and runs through july 31st of 2027. The rent is 1149/month and I also have a lease for a parking spot in the garage for the apartment which I believe is going to be $125 (it’s very high demand for a spot there). I’m needing to transfer my lease due to a change in my living situation.
