Help me decide

Cub Cadet ZT1 42 FAB vs Husqvarna Z242F (Special Edition):

Both have same Kawasaki engine, and fabricated decks, and are more or less the same price.

Cub cadet seems to win out in convinence and comfort features (higher seat back, extensively more micro adjustments on blade height, etc.) although it does have a welded tubular frame vs the Husqvarna stamped c-channel and light tubular frame.

Husqvarna seems to have mostly mechanical advantages - 10 gauge instead of 11 gauge deck, cast iron instead of aluminum blade spindles, serviceable bearings, etc. Also seems like it's a lot easier to service and clean the deck as it is clear cut and the cub cadet you have to drop the deck entirely.

I'm leaning towards the husqurvan currently. got a mostly flat .77 acre property if that steers more one way or the other. Thank you!

Mower advice

I'm looking for a riding mower for my .77 acre property. Wanting to stay at around $3000 or less. I had my eye on a 46 inch deck tractor style model, but it won't fit through my gate. I'm still thinking about just widening the gate, but if not, is there any 42 inch (maybe 44?) deck models that you all would recommend? I don't really need a zero turn as I like the utility of a tractor and we don't have many obstacles in the yard and it's relatively flat. First time home owner and not much experience with anything other than traditional push mowers so take it easy on me. Thank you in advance.
