I have applied to 48 positions at Micro1 consistently for the last 1.5 months. Out of my 48 applications, around 30 applications status changed to not selected from Satisfactory & Hiring in the past week. Right now, about 15 applications are still showing as hiring manager reviewing

I'm not trying to jump to conclusions but honestly it does start to feel like Micro1 is not for me. I have been applying consistently, preparing, and giving interviews, but still not getting the kind of response I hoped for. It becomes frustrating when you wait 30 days thinking you passed only to later find out you were not selected

I have also heard from people here that candidates who actually get selected usually hear back within the first one or two weeks. So after that it starts feeling unlikely

Still hats off to the people who are getting projects and opportunities through this platform. and wish everyone good luck. I just wanted to share my experience because sometimes the process can get really discouraging

Hi, has anyone else experienced this issue with their application status?

Most of my application status was Satisfactory Interview and later changed to Hiring Manager Review after the new update roll-out earlier this week.

But since yesterday, the statuses have been changing repeatedly between Did Not Qualify, Not Selected and Hiring Manager Review. For example, one of my applications showed Did Not Qualify yesterday, then changed to Not Selected this morning, and about an hour ago it switched back again to Hiring Manager Review.

This keeps happening continuously across multiple applications. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Could someone from the micro team clarify whether this is a system bug or if there’s some ongoing update/rollout affecting application statuses? Thanks! u/StunningJackfruit315

I’ve applied to 41 positions in the past month, and my vetted skills went from 116 to 38 after the new update. I still don’t understand the logic behind this. 30 positions are currently in the ‘satisfactory interview’ state. I’ve noticed that the ‘satisfactory interview’ status will change to ‘not qualified’ after 30 days, and ‘under review’ to 'do not qualify' the next day. Would appreciate it if we could receive the ‘satisfactory interview’ status in 2-3 days instead of waiting 30 days of hope and then being told that we’ve been ‘not selected’.
