strung up an l4. Does anyone have any suggestions for the shooters? I don’t necessarily want whip but I want some feel and snap off the shooters. New to stringing so suggestions appreciated!!

Hi everyone. Can someone pleases identify the knots used in the screenshot? Never used these before, this is by an account Mcnamara strings in instagram. He has a sweet looking pattern for an L4 (he also uses these on an ECD atom which I’ll be buying soon). Thanks !!!
Trying to string a mirage 3.0, my brother strung this one. What did he do with top string? Was a 10 diamond row folded over a 9 and just using the 9 to anchor it to top? I have an impossible time who top strings, find it to be by far the hardest part of stringing. Any help or links to tutorials would be awesome, I don’t find Greg’s helpful with ECd for top strings
