Good afternoon everybody. (I dont have much experience but.) I recently had an issue with my kenmore 80 series dryer. It was running amazing and all of a sudden it stopped working. I took it apart and I changed the thermal fuse and it worked again but now i have another issue which is that the heating coil will just keep heating up for no reason even when not drying anything. Does anyone know if this is caused by a bad heating coil or what could be the issue?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I really dont want to get rid of this dryer. Its the good ol reliable lol😂
