Health Market staffing

Currently a Health Market Manager, and my department’s labor is averaging about 3% of sales every week. Backstock is overflowing. Displays are shot. Sale items are constantly empty or low. I spend about 90% of my time stocking truck because of only having 2 part timers working ~15 hours a week each.

Other Health Market Managers, what is your staffing like at your store? I can’t imagine every Hy-Vee is ran this thin. Other departments at mine are leaning on counters and snacking on potato chips while my department can hardly get through stocking truck and are constantly demanded more from.

Manager of E-commerce

I recently applied for a position as Manager of E-commerce at Hy-Vee. What can I expect from the position in terms of responsibilities, day to day activities, pay etc. This is a store that has an Aisles Online manager already and is looking to add another person to their leadership team and also to help take some stress off the AOL manager
