Im about to unlock shop b and i was wondering what everyone does it with it?

Well i probably won't catch any more shiny for the rest of the year. Unfortunately its not a shundo. I couldn't get that lucky

I didn't know that there was a shiny exeggute. Now to decide if i should evolve it or not. What yall think i should do?
