Is the staff in the wellness center meant to turn you away so much?
I’m on my third week working pick on RT and I’ve only been to the wellness center twice, I took a medical leave on my 2nd week Saturday because I feel awful at the end of the week. The first time on the first week; I visited and she gave me a popsicle for the heat and had me sit, the next week I came down cuz I felt terrible and she turned me away. She didn’t even offer anything to help. I asked for 10 minutes or something to cool down and she said “if I give you 10 minutes I have to give everyone in this building 10 minutes”. I feel so terrible despite coming back from my medical leave I might have to try to do it again for the rest of the week but I really don’t wanna get fired because I need this job, and this job is kind of bringing to light . I see my doctor Monday. I need advise asap on what to do
