Hey everyone,

I recently bought a Superlight 2 (which, let's be honest, is a pretty expensive investment) and I'm dealing with a really frustrating issue. Every few minutes, the mouse just stops responding.

Since I have a dual-monitor setup, I usually leave Logitech G Hub open on my second screen to keep an eye on it. I noticed that every time the mouse freezes, its status in the software changes to "inactive" and the DPI drops drastically to almost zero.

Honestly, I have no idea what's causing this. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on how to fix it? Any help is appreciated!
