Whats happening with image generation?

I cant use any of my apps anymore with image generation because it says i would need a API key. Did they removed free qouta for image generation entirely from the platform? I thought they just changed the image model but no matter what i do nothing changes.

Im currently using the 20$ subscribtion per month.

Can someone explain why they debited nearly the same amount twice per month all the time?

I undestand the 47$, those are from the on the demand limit. But what are those 23,80$??

I really dont get it.
