The Complacent Decline disaster is far too OP and made me lose huge swaths of land
I'm playing this new fate of the phoenix patch in an ironman byz run and it was going quite well. However, after I fell to -3 stability i got the disaster "Complacent Decline" and now I'm facing seperatist rebellions literally constantly. All of the land which the Karamanids have used to be comepletely integrated and the pops were fairly satisfied there. There seems to be no way to stop these rebellions from happening and now I can't even annex them since I lost all of the integration when they declared war, which just means I've lost much of this land. There is no way paradox intended this disaster to work this way right?
