Anyone find working with someone who’s not very co-operative challenging ? I have worked in teams previously where I can really excel, I’m asking things and getting an answer and everything flows, however as of late I am finding myself coming to a stuck situation because my colleague in my new team does not want to engage or assist, when flowing work is good and things are getting done but the moment I get stuck , I’m contemplating going off sick, pissed off, anger, can’t seem to progress , finding myself needing to ask questions but almost not allowed. Think I need to move on , ADHD combined , awaiting medication
