I'm gonna make this as short as possible, after a relationship of 3 years my girlfriend and I decided to break up, it was mutually respectful and we agreed on staying as friends.
A few days ago I was sitting outside and a friend of hers passed by and we got to talking a little bit, I have met this friend 2 or 3 times and we always got along well, not going to lie she is my type but I'm not the sort that cheats so i never even thought of doing anything.
Now I moved to this city for my ex, and I basically don't know anyone here so we can hang out, not going to lie and say I didn't think we could be more than friends.
I'm still living with my ex for the moment since I need to search for rent, so when I got home I told her about me meeting her friend ,and when I did she changed her tone completely and kept asking questions about what we talked about. And when I said we exchanged numbers that is when she got really mad and upset, saying that she always knew that I secretly liked her and the second we broke up I went to chase after her and that just like that I started to think about my next partner after a 3 year relationship.
Now she is still upset and basically won't talk to me, I know it was a little early just after a week to be thinking about another partner, but we both knew our relationship was dead some time ago, we haven't had sex for the last year. Last week it was just when we said it out loud.
