30F sleeping on time, trying to take care of myself… but I still look tired. Any chance of improvement?

I’m 30F and lately I’ve become hyper-aware of my under-eye area and overall face texture. I’ve started sleeping on time, drinking more water, trying supplements/skincare consistently, but I still feel like I look tired or dull no matter what I do.

I see myself and it messes with my confidence sometimes. My under-eyes and skin texture are my biggest insecurities rn.

Be honest does this look fixable/improvable with lifestyle + skincare?

Also if anyone improved their under-eyes/skin in their 30s naturally, please share what genuinely helped. 😭
