Need advice on which dress and shoes suit me best

Please help me decide on my wedding guest outfit. I’ll be attending a wedding in June, but I can’t decide what to wear. I feel like black suits me better, and I’m more comfortable wearing black, but at the same time I think a lighter colour feels more romantic and more appropriate for a wedding.

Idk if this is important information, but it’ll more of an evening party and starts at 4 PM.
