Single. Not married. Have no kids. 28M. I have been working as a correctional officer in a prison for the last 5 years and I hate it. I used to live it at one point, but I am now burned out.

I recently had my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi engine rebuilt. The mechanic used 5W30 oil when rebuilding in. It is manufactured for 5w20 though.

Should I continue using 5W30 or go back to 5W20? I have read some places that 5W30 prevents the Hemi tick from happening. But I have read some other places that 5w30 is only used to break in an engine, and that I should go back to 5W20.

What should I do? lol
