White Developer for Versalink C8000W

Does anyone know where I can get white developer carrier media for the Versalink C8000W. I can find CMY but can't locate White. I've asked a couple dealers and haven't had any luck. I find it hard to believe xerox would make a printer and not sell a basic consumable for it. It appears the product I need is 676K73900 however it doesn't bring up much more than the SDS.

The printer is only 3 years old so I find it hard to believe they've stopped selling consumables for it.

Teach me about toner compatibility

I have a small home business. Currently I print white toner with a Xerox C8000W. However the price per print is more than I like. Comparing the white toner cost of C8000W 106R04646 vs the Iridese 006R01718. At 5% coverage, the C8000W is $80/1000 prints. The Iridese is $1.90/1000 prints. That's 42x cheaper on the Iridese. That would save me $4500/year (which would be huge savings for my small business)

So my question is, what would happen if I refilled the C8000W with the white toner from a Iridese cartridge. How are these toners different? What are the odds that I use in the C8000W and it would work? I know fusing temps can be different, what could I damage if I try?

Xerox C8000 output to finisher via postscript

I have a Versalink C8000W, in my workflow I generate postscript files to send to the printer to handle my white underprint. I just added a finisher to the printer. The printer always defaults to top center tray instead of finisher. I can't find a way to change this. Is it possible? I can't find a postscript command that works either.

Altalink C8145 jam in finisher

I just picked up a used Altalink C8145 with a finisher. It works fine without the finisher, but when hooking up the finisher the paper will stop in the transport unit as it's exiting into the finisher. I tried connecting it to my C8000w and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

The IR sensor seems to work in the transport unit and the motors are turning fine. If i open the finisher top cover it'll often times even feed the paper out. I checked continuity on all the wires (in case they were damaged during transport) and they all checked out. Any ideas?

Maybe I put it together wrong (I can't find a manual)? I place the transport unit in the tray and install two screws, and then clip on the finisher. I've connected a finisher to my c8055 just fine.
