



Good morning Reddit! Today I need to decide if I want to go up from 0.25 to 0.5 and was hoping for some insight from others who were in a similar position.
I've been on WeGovy for 3 weeks now through Voy on 0.25 and lost about 2kg total, with the last 2 weeks 0.5kg each. I want to lose about 10-12kg total from starting weight, and then completely come off it. I live a relatively active lifestyle, 4-5x gym lifting weights, yoga etc and lots of walks, I also eat healthy, high protein and fibre with the occasional treat. Side effects have been minimal and I feel good.
Since the weight loss isn't the highest, should I go up? I want to minimise muscle loss, side effects and difficulty coming off it in a couple months (hopefully!), but I feel weight loss can be more on the higher dose... Any thoughts would be much appreciated 😊 Thank you!
