i dont use facewash at all but i still use soap, toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner

Are there any replacements for these that actually work because I would rather have the fluoride in my body than stink

fellas i had to fumble and i had hella pasta and bread at an italian joint. we were also up to like midnight.

remarkably though i didnt break out at all (this was saturday) even though before starting this diet i was super skin sensitive (even cooked meat caused me issues)

i wonder if 1+ year of raw diet has made me less prone. Thoughts?
