How much weight gain is normal?

My (17) ed started a little more than a year ago, and "lasted" (it's worst stage while i was losing weight; i dont feel fully mentally recovered now, I still feel like I am dealing with a lot of consenquaences) pretty much till the end of summer. Over that time, I have lost my period and my body fat percentage went to single digits, I wasn't underweight, but it was really close. I decided to take steps to recovery after my coach (I'm an athlete) pointed out that I am getting weaker every practice and that this isn't normal, so I decided to stop tracking my food and start eating intuitively. Since then, I have been fully weight restored. But I am still struggling with mantaining a certain weight. I keep gaining and I genuinely don't know whether that's me gaining muscle, fat, or both. I do feel stronger in terms of my sport, I feel more energy in my daily life, my food noise is gone, and I don't visually notice the weight gain that much (obviously if i compare it to my old photos it's noticeable, but in the moment it's not that clear). I have not however gained my cycle back.

I am very concerned that the weight gain hasn't stopled even though I am weight restored now. I don't binge and I don't feel overly full after my meals. Sometimes i do stop a little bit past comfortable fullness but it's never excessive. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. How much weight gain is normal? Should i be concerned if it's still ongoing? Is there anyone I can consult? (I'm kind of scared of consilting a doctor, because I heard they still use outdated bmi system, and i don't want to check but i am 100% sure it will show me as overweight even though i am not, i just have a lot of muscle which makes me weigh more)
