Change in how weed feels after doing LSD

Hey so I’m 20 right now and I’ve been smoking weed pretty regularly the last 4-5 years. I used to do shrooms quite a bit but never really liked them, and i did like a half tab of acid a couple years back and didn’t feel much. Took a full tab last week and fully tripped on acid for the first time, and it was pretty enjoyable. I did smoke during my trip and that kinda just enhanced the effects of lsd. Was interesting, but not much to report on that trip. However, now about a week later i’m noticing whenever I smoke bud again, as I begin to feel the effects it feels VERY similar to how I felt coming up on the LSD. I know people say after feeling how your brain processes psychedelics you notice a difference in weed, that never happened to me over my years with shrooms. It feels stronger than just “noticing a difference”, I genuinely feel more confused and go into thought loops off of just weed which never happened to me before. I didn’t do a crazy amount of LSD, but it was more than I’ve done before. I’m just wondering if this is some sort of placebo or if my feelings are valid, and whether or not it’ll subside. Any advice is appreciated

Hey so I don’t have ADHD. For the last 2-3 years I was taking adderall recreationally, no medical need (never more than 15-30mg) probably once every weekend or two. I stopped at the beginning of this school year because it started to feel stronger to me and effects, such as butterflies in my stomach and inability to sleep would last up to two days. I’ve been off it for probably at least 6 months now, and i’ve noticed that now, caffiene has very similar effects to adderall for me. I used to be a daily energy drink user in high school and I have slowed down consumption, but I find it very concerning that 100-200mg of caffeine is giving me VERY similar effects to what adderall used to do to me (butterflies in stomach, slight euphoria, loss of appetite and inability to sleep for a long time). In all honestly the main purpose for using the adderall in the first place was the euphoric properties it gave me. I find it concerning caffiene feels this good to me right now.
