Marg ERP honestly feels like 90s software — bloated, outdated, and way more complex than it needs to be.
And the bigger problem? Most other tools don’t even handle the complexity of a proper medical store (batch tracking, expiry, GST, etc.), so you’re stuck choosing between bad UX or missing features.
What I actually want is very simple:
Auto ingestion of purchase bills (no manual entry — OCR / direct import)
Simple billing (sales should be fast, not 10 clicks)
Clean dashboard for monthly view (sales, basic reports)
Proper stock management (batch, expiry, etc.)
Medical compliance handled properly
Easy GST filing
That’s it.
I don’t want 1000 features, I don’t want complicated configs, and I definitely don’t want to depend on an accountant just to run my own shop. In 2026, this should be DIY.
Also please don’t suggest generic tools like Vyapar — they don’t handle real medical complexity.
If you’re using something that actually works (clean UX + automation-first), would love to hear real recommendations.
And if you’re building something — happy to try, but only if it’s actually usable, not a half-baked MVP.
