My husband have been recently going to therapy for some things that have happened to him in the military and today he shared a really intimate story with me about with he gets upset or overly emotional about something’s when I don’t listen to him or let him take charge. I have a really strong character and I sometimes face issues with letting him lead and take charge. How can I improve this and just let him take charge more. We are Newley weds and love each other deeply. I want this to work so please any and all advice helps!

Tl;dr: I’m basically asking how to be more submissive and let my husband take the wheel more
