Here are some titty pics and clothing before and after pics. Plus my one and only complication at the end.

34K —> 34D/DD , mid-20s, 195 lbs at surgery - now 187 lbs, ~527g removed from each side.

1 consult with the surgeon, pre-approved by Anthem BCBS in two months, then scheduled surgery a month later. Did not need a referral or any history (ex: PT, chiropractic). Did not care about my weight.

Surgery was fine. Woke up in pain but they gave me meds right away. I did puke once, but felt fine after that. Pain was managed with Oxy for 1 day, then Tylenol/Advil. I felt normal by day 2 and stopped meds after week 2.

I had drains for a week. Those were annoying.

Only ‘complication’ is the scarring/incision on the side of my boobs hurt. They did not hurt until the last few weeks. It’s very noticeable if I’m sleeping on my sides. Any tips for that?

Not doing scar care. I tried massages with Mederma oil, but they would just be sensitive and cause hot spots on the incisions. I did apply Stratamed religiously for the first month and now use it to moisturize the scars. I also took all my surgeons recommendations seriously (ex: 150+ grams of protein, Vit C for 1 week - 1 week after surgery, Juven supplement for 2 weeks after surgery, use of Stratamed.)

I’m still wearing bras 90% of the time.

Product recs:
- stratamed
- stretchy front closure bras
- pillows to sit you up and a pregnancy pillow for under my knees
