So I'm in the Guard and have drill this weekend. Our sitter had to cancel and we cannot get another. My wife just started this job not too long ago but called off for 2 days because of it, and they're threatening termination. I can't just call off from drill and she can't leave our 4 kids at home by themselves. Does she have any protections?
