i submitted a claim a little bit ago, i booked an appointment for a phone call today between 2 and 3 i got the call around 2.30 and answered but the call immediately disconnected. They haven’t called back and if i reschedule my appointment it will be 6 days away. Has something like this happened to anyone else and what did you do?
