From checking my client's usage data, I concluded that they haven't been using my product as much as I think they should in order to fully extract the value and their contract is due for renewal in 6 months. I'd like to check in on them and bring a feature implementation proposal through a call. How should I go about this call?
I was thinking of preparing a deck outlining their usage and how that contributed to their objective in using my product. Then ask them how they're feeling about this or about their usage. Then give them feature recommendations that helps them achieve their goal over the next 3 months, providing them with a trial if necessary. Seeking for advice!
