I just bought these Louboutins from The Real Real and didn’t realize the heel looks like the Miss Z but the toe box is short and the inside is tan. Are they fake? If they aren’t, what style could this be?

I just bought these Louboutins from The Real Real and didn’t realize the heel looks like the Miss Z but the toe box is short and the inside is tan. Are they fake? I am bummed but figured I’d ask anyways in case I am just missing a pair of louboutins that look like mine. There’s another pair listed in a different size that look just like the pair i got on TRR. Confused how they’re authenticating them if they’re fake?
