Unable to upgrade or buy more credits, my project is stuck on Magnific!
I have been using the premium plan, paid annually, and I recently started a comic book project. My annual payment had happened in the month of April. Now as I kept on working on this project, my credits got over and my project is made way.
Now when I want to upgrade it to the next tier and buy premium+ plan, where I'll get more credits and also I'll be able to purchase additional credits, it's not letting me upgrade. I don't see an option to upgrade. I tried cancelling the subscription and then trying to purchase a premium+ plan but when I cancel the plan it only gives me the option to renew the plan but not to upgrade. It says that I need to wait till April of 2027 for me to change the plan.
Not sure how to navigate this. Half of my project is on the platform. I can't even move it to a different account or a different platform. Is there any way to resolve this?
