Please help me diagnose the P420 error, i have attached 2 videos of the Bank1 sensor 1 and Bank 1 sensor 2 readings at 2k RPM.

I am told by a garage that it needs an 02 sensor replacement, although i can't actually remember which one, i would also like a second opinion.

Have also read that it may be a dead cat?
