Y’all. I bought Buttercream size 10 Aligns and exchanged them for 12, which I then returned in my store. I just wasn’t sold on the double lined and the fact that the butt was fitting different from my other aligns (all size 10). This was about 2 weeks ago, and I kind of regretted it ever since. They’re just so soft and the color is INSANE. I went to my store yesterday and there on the table lays this single pair of Buttercream size 12s….i have never snatched something so quickly in my life. They waited for me!!!!!

Ok I’m still shaking from anger. I am a military member and use my discount (obviously). I didn’t use to live near a store so I would shop online a lot, and then return items that didn’t fit or whatever. I have moved to Florida with a store about 40 minutes away, so I shop in store and online now. I still return things, when the 25% off “coupon” (for lack of a better word) came out, I “returned” some new items in store and repurchased them with the 25%. Recently, I was able to get my hands on a buttercream set, shorts and Love t-shirt. The shirt was supposed to be delivered, wasn’t, and was marked undeliverable due to damage. The app told me to contact GEC which I did, and the educator started a claim for me. Next day (today) I get an email saying my claim was denied. Excuse me? What do you mean my claim was denied? I paid for a shirt, I never got a shirt, give me back my money? I text them again, and you can see the response. I call them, and after being on hold for 5 minutes, I got the same response. I requested to talk to a manager or a claims department multiple times and was denied every time. I ended up calling my bank and got the charge disputed, but I am absolutely disgusted by this. They wouldn’t even explain to me what the issue is. Am I being punished for returning items? WTF IS GOING ON?!
