Spent the afternoon at the zoo! Highlight for me today was definitely the butterfly house, so I included a few of my favorite shots of some of the beauties we saw 🦋 We ended up getting a little rained out at the end, but still had a great time 😄

a very, very much needed social media break. I’ll be completely honest - my depression has gotten the best of me these last two months. probably for my lack of traveling so far this year (traveling to new places is my favorite thing to do) & how crappy the weather has been in the TSA.

gentle, gentle reminder: you are not alone. if you are anxious, or stressed, or overwhelmed, or overworked, or hell all 4, you aren’t alone. and it’s okay to take a step back from things in order to take care of yourself - whether that be being active on social media, being extremely hard on yourself with it comes to your diet/gym routine, or simply not feeling guilty for taking a PTO day (if you have it) to YOURSELF, if you can.

I’ve recently stopped consuming alcohol - not something I want or feel the need to stop forever, but I noticed that after I would have a drink or two, the next day my depression and anxiety would be even worse - so for the month of July and however long I want to go for, I’ve taken alcohol out of my weekend festivities and I’ve noticed SUCH. A. DIFFERENCE. in my mood, my productivity during the week, my energy, etc. (I am eyeing your Aperol spritz though if you order one)

what’s something you’re proud of yourself for, recently?

anyways, I’ve been loving ocean wave (a little too much) and I own more than 10 pieces lol. I WANT TO GIVE MYSELF CREDIT THO THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN LAST WEEK and I’m a lot tanner than I was in these pictures 😂😭

Shout out to the No Line WunderTrains. I snagged a hammer and all sorts of crap on these bad boys today and they are as indestructible as always.

Ripped up carpet, went to Pilates, laid some planks. No outfit changes.

I do keep ending up with tachycardia while doing this though. So now I'm on the couch pouting with watermelon licorice. 🫠 Because I'm an adult. 👌🏼

Finally pulled out one of my favorite OG lululemon sets from 2022. 💜 Jubilee has always been one of those colors I never get tired of wearing. Paired it with my Atmospheric Purple Scuba for the perfect gym fit today.

Almost 5 months in for my concussion and decided to give a spin class a go since pilates was going well. Lasted 15 mins and almost threw up 😅 my head is not ready yet! Any advice on how to get better?!

As someone with THIGHS, I always assumed Align shorts just weren’t for me. I figured they’d ride up.. or worse, I’d end up with chub rub.

The 11” Aligns changed my mind. The extra length gives me the coverage I need w/o digging into my thighs, and they still have that “barely there” feel.

I think these are going to be part of my regular gym rotation going forward. They’re ridiculously comfortable and seriously flatter your legs.

I need suggestions on what color jacket will complement with walnut crunch. I will wear with blush Nike air max(pictured).

I was thinking ashen rose or blush quartz.

Happy 4th of July!!! America isn’t perfect but some things I really love about it, in honor of me moving back: Trader Joe’s, the incredible national parks, the California sun, the aesthetic of the street signs, the career opportunities that allowed my parents to move here, and birthright citizenship that allowed me, a daughter of immigrants, to call myself American 🥹

I hope everyone had a lovely holiday filled with fun, family, and friends! I celebrated by dragging my dad to the free LLL community yoga class (he loved it, wants to go again), and then baking focaccia & blueberry blondies (bluenies?) from scratch. While waiting for food to bake, we played my favourite board game: Trekking the National Parks, which was a wonderful way to celebrate a part of America my family & I love the most.

Finally bought one of those flow y dress and it did not disappoint! I it's so so so comfortable. I was just waiting for it to go on wmtm. I think with Lilac play it's the perfect summer dress to chill around, play with the kids outside etc.

I was debating on going S or M as I kept reading reviews of how th small was too thight around the waist. I wish I could've tried on the Small as well to be sure as medium still has some room. I'm too lazy to return it so I guess I'll stick with M.

Went on a little evening adventure at a nearby Provincial Park, and my Walnut Crunch Align set seemed like the perfect choice! Paired with an oversized band tee for a simple light hike look! Included a couple shots of the beautiful scenery as well ☺️
