Client has a license with an address in Wyoming. The license allows my client to work and serve in Nevada, but the headquarters is in Wyoming. I only see two options:
Put SAB address for the client's home in Nevada, but it won't match NAP on his website or licensing website.
Put SAB address as the Wyoming address so all NAP matches, but then it won't tie the client to his service area in Nevada.
Do you see a solution I am not seeing?

I’m searching for the best wide leg sweatpants. Here are my non-negotiables:
Not high rise. I don’t like the long rise in the crotch.
Must fit over shoes, not bunch on top of them.
Flattering in the butt. So many look like loaded diapers.
If they’re expensive then quality must match.
Color and price aren’t factors. I’m 5’6”, size 2, XS/S. I’m currently considering Lulu Steady State, Comfort, Old Navy. My issue is they all seem long in the rise. Please send me tried and true options!
Are aspiring pilots who get a degree in something other than aviation and complete ratings at a part 61 at a deficit when it comes to networking and/or career opportunities than those that go with a university aviation program?
I’m the ED of a small nonprofit. We are relaunching but during this build up we are still operating. Only one member is left of the previous board, the new members have been chosen and committed, but we have not sworn them in yet. That is an aside to my actual question :)
The bylaws in place are pretty generic. They could really apply to any nonprofit, and I believe they actually are a general set of bylaws as they were obtained through The Foundation Group. If you have had to write new bylaws for your org, how did you determine how detailed to make them to where you had great guardrails but also didn’t pigeonhole yourself into very tight pathways?
Example: We offer hardship assistance. There is currently no guidance for how someone is chosen or accepted to receive assistance, no maximum dollar amount for the type of need, no timeline.
Some saf it’s best to leave it general and allow the committee to decide, but I think there needs to be clear parameters. (There is also no bylaw regarding the committee at all. Nothing that states how they’re chosen, how long they can serve, what their role is.)

My favorite color is sequoia. I love how the embossed leopard Wunder Trains fit. I only kept the colors of WT that I like the fit otherwise I never reach for them. Top of my list is berry rumble, Oxford red and the black leopard. Bottom is unfortunately navy bc they’re too loose.
In align tops, my favorites are warm ash gray, Heathered ashen rose and blissful pink.
Least favorite that I own…citra lime swiftly.
This pic is how I store my Wunder trains, bras, align Racerback and swiftly tanks, some of my shorts. Top right is non-Lulu stuff. A few months ago I sold off all the items in these sets that I rarely reach for. I buy so much less now that I can see what I have. If it’s a similar shade then it’s a pass! It’s fun to only purchase totally new shades, which tbh is hard to come by now!
I thought this item might be a dupe, but in the photos it all matches up to the real thing. It came in today and I can see some imperfections in the logo so I know it’s fake. I am willing to pay less for a replica but 1. I don’t want to message the seller and sound threatening and 2. Should I take one for the team and turn the seller in?
I thought about messaging the seller and saying I know it’s fake, which is fine if I pay less for it or I can submit a claim that you’re selling fakes, because one way or another I’m not keeping a dupe for what I paid. But that sounds threatening and also doesn’t hold them accountable.
Last time I bought a dupe they had me send it back to the seller which surprised me.

We are a nonprofit started by a corporation. Some money is donated by the corp, some by employees and some by professional partners.
The ED also works for the corporation. Can they be paid their normal salary by the corporation and volunteer as the ED?
All board members are being replaced with the exception of one. Who votes to accept the resignations of the former board members and the placement of the new board members? Same question goes for officers…does the new ED and any new officers get voted for approval after the vote for the new board members is complete?
