Landlord deposit back
So I was renting a room near Athlone college and paid a fully refundable 475 deposit and 150 Esb deposit. In the contract I signed it states it’s fully refundable. I moved out Friday and gave 3 weeks notice to my landlord. When I messaged him I was moving out on the 8th of may he read the message and didn’t respond. I thought it was a bit odd but maybe he forgot to respond. Then Friday I sent him a message saying I moved my stuff out and left the keys in the room and asked when I would get my deposit back. Again he read the message and just didn’t respond. I thought maybe he wants to have a look at the room to see if anything is damaged and then give me the deposit but I just think it’s weird he isn’t saying anything. Like why not just message me saying oh thanks I will have a look at the room next week and if no issues give you your deposit back. I’ll give him a few more days to message me but question is how long should I give him. And if he doesn’t message me back what do I do just send him another text ?
