Hello! Thinking about getting a fun summer car here in IL. My spouse and I are a bit unfamiliar with the market for Wranglers but quickly learned they hold their value!

We found on marketplace a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X Sport 2D with 200k miles.

Frame is rust free, we were sent photos of some surface rust on the undercarriage but no signs of rotting or any major rust. It just got $1,200 in repairs including new fuel pump, new ignition, spark plugs etc.

Priced originally at $9,500 and it was just dropped to $7,700. Very grateful for any opinions… I’m only planning on having the car for maybe 2-3 summers, thank you!
