There are so many high rise buildings in Tellapur and kollur and many more to come, and most of the inventory is getting sold. I'm not understanding why people are buying there, did they think of future problems? Too much of a crowd, traffic, in peak hours can't even imagine, high chance of water crisis, and the crowd is mostly IT and considering the current job risk because of AI (not saying AI will eat up jobs but the numbers will decrease) the demand might also decrease not huge though just one of the points.
