I want my registration number for college admission this stupid site is glitching how can I get that form pls help

So i have selected BAF programme and I'm also going to do CS (company secretary)

Also i want sydenham college so how to fill the form? Like it's the university registered under homi Bhabha

So my aadhar card has 2 surname whereas the first one is my real surname and the second surname which is added is a mistake and now I have to make gazette to make any minor change on aadhar card, it will take around 20 days then another 5 days for new Aadhar card so the MU form will close by then.

My ssc result and leaving certificate has right name right surname

Every document has right name right surname but it's just the aadhar card and since it is linked with apaar id I can't fill the form it's just stuck what to do?

So my friend suggested me to put my aadhar card name in applicant name same as it is

(In applicant name we have to write the same name written in ur hsc hall ticket) And it worked

But will i face any problem?
