Favorite character with intentional sex appeal, but isn't depicted too hornily?

What I mean is characters that were designed to be sexy by their designers, but never act seductive or try to bring sexual attention to their tits or booty. So characters like Jessica Rabbit or Bayonetta don't count, since their sex appeal is focused on within their media, but characters like Shantae do count, since her sex appeal is limited to her design, and there aren't any scenes of her doing anything inarguably lewd, and nobody reacts to her sexually (at Ieast not clearly, Rottytops totally wants to fuck her, but it's not clearly stated).
