I got the dreaded email a few days ago that says you’re gonna receive info on your backgrounds. I know it’s a DQ I called the number. They said I had counter measures on my poly and one of my previous employers said I had bad conduct, who is the same employer I sued for not paying my wages and won that case, it was for over 30k. Has anyone appealed for LASD before and how long is the process and was it successful? I did my poly 8/6 and got the email Yesterday 8/18, I have yet to get the letter but I do know I want to appeal it.

Im currently scheduled to do my polygraph this coming Thursday 8/6. How long after that is the psych and medical? And then when do they give me an offer? Assuming I pass the poly of course.
