Greetings. I'm a CSE graduate from Bangladesh who applied for MSC Advanced Data Science & AI at the University of Liverpool, UK. Following weeks of document submissions and other formalities, I obtained CAS letter and subsequently used it to apply and obtain my Student eVisa.

Now the question is, what other formalities I need to complete, aside from paying rest of tuition fees, booking air ticket and bringing academic documents with me. Like I heard that we need to complete student registration. But I never got any emails or directions of how to do that. As this will be my first time as an international student, would appreciate some assistance.

p.s: My class is scheduled to begin at 28th sep 2026, while the welcome week is 21st sep. My Student Visa starts from 28th august.

Email I received from UK Decision Making Centre after VISA application and biometric

To add some context, I graduated in Nov 9th, 2025 from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh with a cgpa of 3.88/4 in CSE. Following that I started applying for various universities for doing masters abroad (my parents want me to study out of country). After a few months of applications, I received an offer to study at MSC Advanced Data Science & AI in University of Liverpool. I provided all the documents (certificates, transcripts, IELTS, bank statements etc) and obtained CAS letter a week before. A few days back I applied for Student VISA and provided biometric.

As can be seen from the screenshot, I received an email shortly after to provide additional documents supporting my application. They said and I quote: "Official, verifiable documents to demonstrate what you have been doing since your graduation in 2023". Holy, I graduated in Nov 2025 with date of issue provided in transcripts and they ask me what I've been doing since 2023? Do they actually read before sending emails or what? Its been a few months since graduation, but apart from doing IELTS, making some small projects and working on a research paper with my Department's supervisor, I haven't done anything or got any jobs.
