I have a HP Pavilion 24-df series All-in-One PC (Regulatory Model: TPC-Q069-24) that I got for free broken screen. I plugged it up and get 7 blinks and no booting. I did research and found out that it may let me use the HDMI out if I unplugged the screen. I took it apart and after taking the screen completely out it's still the same blinking light and not booting. imIs there anything I can do to get it to boot?
