My landlord has given me a written notice of what I'm believing to be a lie that our town is apparently condemning the property I called the city and they stated that they don't condemn propertys but he does owe the city for taxes i believe we have not received any notice via email or a note or by mail from the city and whenever we ask for proof we just get radio silence I have a lease signed by us both until 2030 and he expects us to vacate the property by the end of this month we pay rent every month on time we've never given him a reason to evict us we pay our bills and do our due diligence
